C. Bru-LPS Antibody Rapid Test Cassette is a sandwich lateral flow immunochromatographic assay for the qualitative detection of canine brucella LPS antibody (C.Bru-LPS Ab) in canine’s whole blood or serum and plasma. The clinical diagnosis of Brucellosis in animals primarily detects anti-LPS antibodies.

Application:
C. Bru-LPS Antibody Rapid Test Cassette (Whole Blood/Serum /Plasma) is a sandwich lateral flow immunochromatographic assay for the qualitative detection of canine brucella LPS antibody (C.Bru-LPS Ab) in canine’s whole blood or serum and plasma.
Description:
C.Bru-LPS Antibody Rapid Test Cassette is based on sandwich lateral flow immunochromatographic assay. The test cassette has a testing window. The testing window has an invisible T (test) zone and C (control) zone. When sample is applied into the sample well on the cassette, the liquid will laterally flow on the surface of the test strip. If there is enough canine brucella LPS antibody in the sample, a visible T line will appear. The C line should always appear after a sample is applied, indicating a valid result. By this means, the cassette can accurately indicate the presence of canine brucella LPS antibody in the sample.
How to use?
For whole blood: Hold the dropper vertically, draw the specimen above 1 cm above the Fill Line, and transfer 1 drop of whole blood ( approximately 10 µL) to the specimen well (S) of the test cassette, wait for 8-10 seconds, then add 2 drops of buffer (approximately 80 µL) and start the timer.
INTERPRETATION OF RESULTS
Positive: The presence of both C line and T line, no matter T line isclear or vague.
Negative: Only clear C line appears.
Invalid: No colored line appears in C zone, no matter whether T line appears.
